Building a firm and consolidated platform of science and engineering is
essential for social development of Asian and African countries in this
century. Particularly, the platform for the fiber science of the next generation
is important in this district that has already become the world center
of fiber and textile production. In order to establish such a scientific
platform, the leading countries of this district should cooperate with
each other and correspond to the fast innovation. An efficient platform
for advanced fiber science will possibly be formed by joint work in the
university levels that are based on research and education. This program
proposes the creation of platform for "neo-fiber technology"
by interactive activities of several universities selected from five countries
in Asia and Africa. |
